I don’t know about you, but when I host for the holidays people come over throughout the day up until the meal.  They are hungry for something to munch on, while they smell all that food cooking.  So there are always a few staple out in my house.  Start with nuts, they fill people up and they are an easy to make and eat snack.  These are super easy and so yummy!
Rosemary Lemon Roasted Almonds (or whatever kind of nuts you like)
You'll Need:

  •         4 drops Rosemary Vitality
  •         2 drops Lemon Vitality
  •         ¾ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  1. Place nuts on a baking sheet and roast @ 375 for about 8–10 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat warm the olive oil, fresh rosemary, and lemon zest until it begins to sizzle. Add the roasted nuts and stir to coat completely.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Rosemary Vitality, Lemon Vitality, and salt.
